Health-Check Process
We’ve just released a tool called the Solvency II Health-Check Process (HCP). HCP is a sophisticated toolkit predicated on many hundreds of pre-set, Solvency II related questions, ranging from high-level conceptual to ‘deep-dive’ detail. Its designed to flexibly accommodate client requirements, and has been created in a format that can be readily customised according to:
- Role
- Process
- Pillar
- Specific area of guidance
The process in the HCP is the result of a significant investment by Fifth Step, and the result of our extensive knowledge and experience in the Insurance and governance.
To coincide with the unveiling of the toolkit, we’ve launched a free ‘Lite’ version of HCP that you can complete online. Representing a subset of the overall health-check within HCP, the lite version is a useful sample of some of the matters that need to be fully considered by firms in key areas such as Data, BCP, Change Management, Risk Management, ORSA etc.
